Hi Team,
I’m writing to express how disappointed I am with the mystery box I received.
Honestly, this is the worst clothing purchase I’ve made. The t-shirts I received are in terrible condition. They look worn out, poorly maintained, and some even have visible stains. I genuinely feel like I would have found a much better collection at Value Village.
Out of the entire box, only one item was branded (Adidas), and even that piece has stains on it, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I received zero jeans, even though I clearly mentioned this requirement in my previous email.
This does not match what was promised, nor does it justify the price paid. At this point, it feels misleading and extremely disappointing.
I trusted your service and expected at least a basic level of quality and attention to the preferences I shared. Instead, I’ve been left frustrated and regretful of this purchase.
